The authentic caramelised porc

A recipe of a dish often served in different ways. This recipe is cooked by the mother, the grand mother and great grand mother since many years. Try it, its delicious. 

500 gr porc belly - soya sauce (3 spoons ) - salt, pepper - crushed garlic - sugar

Cut the meat in cubes and macerate it in a 1/4 liter of boiling water, add 3 spoons of soya sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, salt, pepper and the crushed garlic.

Heat the meat on a moderate flame until all liquid is evaporated, aproximately 30 minutes.

Put the meat with the caramel and turn each cube of meat. Let is cook for another 15 minutes and serve hot with steamed rice.
