Merlot 80% and Cabernet Franc are the base of this wine which comes from a plot of land composed of lime stone and clay surrounded by fields with planted grains. The color gives a brick-red reflexion. Nose is a mixture of black cherries and kisch, with a touch of spices. Suppleness at the taste, a well build mouth, in a hearty style.
The propriety, aquired in 2000 by the Dutchman Joep Bakx married with Mireille Lambert from Bordeaux, is located north west of Fronsac and increased in size : 16 hectares today. The originality of the labels created by the daughter of the oweners and artist are to be noted.
