Refined, this Cremant de Bordeaux: Bubbly Rosé Brut de Monicord, does very well as an aperitif, but may well accompany a lovely birthday cake!

Varietal : Sparkling Rosé wine

Tasting notes : Fine and persistant foam. Elegant aromas like wild strawberries, white peach. Wonderful in mouth, refined red fruit aromas, souple and smooth on the palate. Savour between 4° and 6°

Food pairing : Aperitif, dessert at festive occasions

Technical details : Soil clay-limestone, production of 60hl/hectare, sustainable agriculture, thinning of the leaves, debudding, hand-picked harvest, wine elaboration 12 months in underground cellars using the traditional method.
